That said, I’m usually the least qualified person in the room. My clients are the true experts on themselves! I work with children, teenagers and young adults through mobile services in their homes and via telehealth. My passion lies in supporting individuals who experience difficulty using spoken words to communicate. I believe in empowering clients and their families with the tools and support they need to ensure their unique voices are heard and valued. As an AuDHD person, my approach to therapy is grounded in neurodiversity-affirming principles, with a focus on understanding and respecting each individual's needs, strengths and communication preferences. I'm always learning and growing alongside the people I support. English as a Second Language (ESL) I also have a background in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), having completed two TESOL courses and gained experience teaching English in China and Australia. In China, I taught students from kindergarten through to high school, and in Australia, I have worked with adult migrants to support their everyday English communication. I now offer individual online ESL sessions, helping people develop practical English communication skills for everyday life, work and social situations. My experience as a speech pathologist also informs my approach to English teaching. I believe in getting to know each person, understanding their goals and creating personalised sessions that focus on the skills they actually want and need to develop. A little about me Outside of work, I love spending time with my dog, exploring VR, getting out into nature, playing board games and diving into new interests. My hobbies change frequently – IYKYK.
